Our engineering team collaborates with clients to translate requirements into detailed manufacturing drawings and production plans. DFM (Design for Manufacturability) reviews are conducted before production begins, eliminating downstream rework.

Material Processing- Cutting/ Bending/ Rolling
Using our 6kW fiber laser, Messer HD plasma cutter (up to 200mm), and 320-tonne Ermaksan CNC press brake (tandem up to 10m), we process structural materials with precision and speed — every part fabricated to exact dimensional specifications.

Surface Treatment, Machining, Welding
ISO 9606-qualified welders and CSWIP 3.1 inspectors perform certified MIG, TIG, and specialist welding on MS, SS, Aluminium, Hardox, and low-alloy steels. Post-weld machining via 3-axis VMC. Full surface treatment: shot blasting, liquid epoxy paint, and PLC oven curing up to 150°C.
